Aurora (Kane County) home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Aurora in Kane County rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Aurora in September 2017.
