Sleepy Hollow home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $81,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 25.2% decrease over the $324,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in September 2017.
