Aurora (Kane County) home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Aurora in Kane County fell by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $164,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Aurora in July 2017.
