Sleepy Hollow home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Sleepy Hollow fell by $9,900 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $219,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in March 2017.
