Algonquin (Kane County) home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Algonquin in Kane County rose by $89,354.50 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 46.1% increase over the $193,645.50 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Algonquin in September 2016.
