Sleepy Hollow home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Sleepy Hollow rose by $1,950 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,950 - a 0.6% increase over the $333,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sleepy Hollow in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Sleepy Hollow for 2017 was $7,778.60. In 2016, the median sales tax was $7,926.50. This marks an decrease of 1.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
