Friends of Juan Thomas owes $1,125 in fines

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $750 with Juan R. Thomas listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 18 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $65,725 in pending fines.
