City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Refuse Collection on Regular Schedule
Friendly reminder to all residents: City offices will be open on Monday for President’s Day, but there will be no City meetings. Refuse collection will also stay on regular schedule for Monday and Tuesday.
