City of Aurora issued the following announcement on Feb. 3.
After many years of planning, the new Paramount School of the Arts, located in the John C. Dunham Aurora Arts Center (the former vacant Waubonsee Community College building on Galena and Stolp) in downtown Aurora, will open its doors this summer! Join us for our Grand Opening celebration on June 1, 2019. There will be food, games, free classes, tours of the facility, chances to win prizes and free activities for the entire family.
