Report of Expenses.

Results of election held January 15, 16 and 17 for two representatives. Newly elected to a three year term was Lt. Brett Svendsen and Pvt. Michael Eley. Term to expire in January 2022.

1. Proposal by Fire Company # 5 to have landscaping repairs and improvement of flower beds for approximately $2,221.00. Tabled 9/26/18, Tabled 10/24/18 pending for 2019

New Business

1. Proposal by Members Not Assigned to purchase camera equipment for approximately $3,871.06.

2. Proposal by Fire Company # 1 & 2 to purchase TV and sound bar for approximately $ 1,149.97.

3. Proposal by Fire Company # 3 to purchase two (2) upright vacuums for approximately $ 650.00.

4. Proposal by Fire Company # 5 to purchase window shades for approximately $ 3,230.000

5. Proposal by Fire Company # 8 to purchase an ascent trainer and treadmill approximately $ 8,740.00.
