CITY OF AURORA: Mayor Irvin to Hold Regular Media Availability

City of Aurora issued the following announcement on Jan. 15.

Mayor Richard C. Irvin announced today he will begin holding a regular media availability this month.

“A regular media avail will allow the press to address topics of interest directly with our team,” said Mayor Richard C. Irvin. “We have many exciting initiatives on the horizon and look forward to working with the media to distribute accurate and timely information to the public.”

The mayor's media availability will be held at 4:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday prior to the Committee of the Whole meeting at 5 p.m. and at the same time on 5th Tuesdays when there are no regularly scheduled council meetings.

The first media availability will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Aurora City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place.
