Q2 real estate sales report: Algonquin

Median prices declined in Algonquin over last year, and are down 10.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 163 homes sold in Algonquin for a median price of $230,000. That's 4.5 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.
