A. Legislative Update

Co-Chair Hernandez provided an update on previously discussed bills. SB3503, HB4242, HB4748, and SB2638 have been signed and approved. She discussed HB4594, regarding court services and court security fees. Anyone who has outstanding court fines will have the ability to apply for waivers. The next Veto session is set for November 13.
