City of St. Charles issued the following announcement on Sept. 21.
The St. Charles Police Department is hosting a night of comedy at Zanie’s Comedy Club on October 25, 2018, to raise funds for Special Olympics Illinois. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 and must be purchased in advanced before 12 p.m. on October 25.
“The best part about this, besides being a fun night out with your friends, is that 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Special Olympics Illinois,” said Officer Jen Larsen.
This is a 21 and older event. There is a 2 menu item minimum, which includes beverages and food, for purchase during the show.
Purchase tickets at https://stcharlescomedynight.eventbrite.com. Be sure to print your tickets out and bring them with you to the show.
