Minutes
Kraus moved to approve the minutes of January 29, 2018. Seconded by Krajecki. Motion carried by voice vote.
YTD Financial Review
YTD financial reports - summary given by Lori Lyons pointing out that some transfers of funds happen at the end of the budget year, so a few of the numbers look off.
Overall, the numbers look pretty good and the financial position of the Village continues to improve.
2018/2019 Budget Meetings
The committee set 2 meeting dates to discuss the upcoming fiscal year’s budget:
Tuesday, March 20th 6:30
Tuesday, March 3rd 6:30
Lori Lyons is receiving the budget paperwork from the various departments this week.
Employee Handbook
Committee will continue to modify the Pingree Grove handbook to fit our needs and be ready for further discussion at our next meeting.
There being no further matters to discuss, Krajecki moved to adjourn - seconded by Kraus.
Motion carried by voice vote.
