Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.
D. Consideration of Acceptance of Sanitary Sewer and City Easement at 1615 Dundee Avenue (No cost to the City)
Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to provide facilities, improvements and appurtenances with various public utilities and distribution systems for serving businesses and residents.
E. Consideration of Acceptance of the Remaining Public Parkway Improvements within the Shadow Hill Subdivision Unit 4, Phase 1 (No direct, immediate costs)
Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents.
F. Consideration of Approval of Two Recipients for the 2017 Residential Conversion Grant Program ($50,000)
Objective: Award grants to owners of lawful nonconforming multiple-unit residential properties to return the property to a lawful and conforming status.
