Village of Hampshire Planning Commission will meet Oct. 9.
Here is the agenda provided by the Commission:
Call to Order: Time: 7:00 pm
Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call / Establish Quorum.
Minutes: Review and approve minutes from last meeting.
New Business:
1. Election by plan commission members of chair and secretary and “such other officers as may in their judgment be necessary,” pursuant to § 6-14-4(B)(1).
2. Review of and recommendation regarding Concept Plan for Tuscany Woods Subdivision Unit 2, per a Petition for Zoning Amendment from R-2 Single Family Residential Zoning District to Planned Residential Development Zoning District for the Subject Property, filed by Hampshire Property, LLC pursuant to Section 6-18-8(C) of the Village Code.
Old Business: None.
Public Comment: All persons wishing to make public comment must sign in prior to the start of the meeting. Time shall be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes for each speaker and not more than thirty (30) minutes total.
