Algonquin Liquor Control Commission to hold hearings to investigate complaints against three licensees

Algonquin Liquor Control Commission will meet at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6.

Here is the agenda as provided by Algonquin:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Algonquin Liquor Control Commission will hold a Liquor Hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, starting at 7:15 p.m., in the Ganek Municipal Center, 2200 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, Illinois. The hearing will be held on complaints filed against the following license holders for ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER 33, LIQUOR CONTROL AND LIQUOR LICENSING, OF THE ALGONQUIN MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE ILLINOIS COMPILED STATUTES:

• Prince & Jay Inc., d/b/a 7-Eleven 1495 West Algonquin Road

• Biaggi’s Restaurant Italiano, LLC., d/b/a Biaggi’s 1524 Randall Road

• PPB Restaurant Inc., d/b/a Kostas Gyros 4053 West Algonquin Road
