(1) Pass an Ordinance Approving the Issuance of a Special Use Permit for a Dental Office - 2513 County

Line Road

B. ADOPT RESOLUTIONS:

(1) Adopt a Resolution Accepting and Approving a Master Service Agreement with Illinois Department of

Central Management Services for the Broadband Service Order Authorizing the Construction of Fiber

Build in the Amount of $202,930.20 and $250.00 Monthly Service Fee

10. DISCUSSION OF ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AND/OR OMNIBUS AGENDA

11. APPROVAL OF BILLS FOR PAYMENT AND PAYROLL EXPENSES AS RECOMMENDED
