Nine residents have been appointed to three boards and commissions in Aurora, following last week's City Council meeting. The appointments include Brian Caputo to the Aurora Civic Center Authority Board; Ramona Wood and Craig Gunty to the Aurora Civil Service Commission; and Gerald Lubshina, Eric Rodriguez, Linda Cole, Judy Durham, Minal Shah, and Shannon Buckley to the Block Grant Working Committee.
A statement from the city expressed appreciation for the new appointees: "Thank you to all of you for proudly serving our community!"
