The City of St. Charles has introduced a new mobile application designed to provide utility customers with convenient access to their billing information from smartphones and tablets.

According to the city, the app allows users to view and download PDF versions of their utility bills, pay using various methods such as debit or credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal—with a standard $3.95 transaction fee—and set up automatic recurring payments. Customers can also review their payment history and compare electricity and water usage across different billing periods.

The features offered by the app are similar to those available on the Silverblaze online utility bill portal. In addition, the app provides a direct link to the latest City News newsletter for easier access to updates.

The application is available for both iOS and Android devices under "City of St. Charles" in app stores.
