a. Consider Draft Resolution Accepting Bid and Authorizing the Purchase of Longhorn Cable Reels from Anixter Inc. in the Budgeted Amount of $150,000.00.
b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator to Execute Contract with Clean Infusion, LLC. for Re-Coating of Majority Portion of the Water Treatment Plant’s Chemical Room and Allow City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed 10% of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $295,981.40.
c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Geneva and Kane County Regarding Access and Improvements to Fabyan Parkway at Kautz Road Pending Legal Review.
d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Geneva and the City of St. Charles for Construction and Jurisdiction of Division Street East of Kirk Road Pending Legal Review.
e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Geneva and Kane County Regarding Access and Improvements to Kirk Road at Division Street Pending Legal Review.
f. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Granting of a Drainage and Utility Easement for Parcel 12-10-276-004 at 602 Crissey (Wastewater Treatment Plant).
g. Consider Draft Resolution Awarding Bid and Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Frank Marshall Electric at a Cost of $100,700.00 and Allow the City Administrator to Approve up to $10,070.00 in Change Orders for a Total Not-toExceed Amount of $110,770.00 for Well No. 6 Motor Control Replacement.
