a. Consider Resolution No. 2025-115 Waiving Competitive Bidding and Approving Maintenance Work by MaK Americas, Inc. on Geneva Generation Facility Engines in an Estimated Amount of $99,880.

b. Consider Resolution No. 2025-116 Authorizing Change Order No. 1 with Bodwe WBK Engineering in the Amount of $67,563 Increasing the Overall Contract to an Amount Not to Exceed $266,762.00.

c. Consider Resolution No. 2025-117 Authorizing a Second Amendment to Economic Development Incentive Agreement for 220-222 W. State Street.

d. Consider Resolution No. 2025-118 Authorizing a Second Amendment to Economic Development Incentive Agreement for 214-218 W. State Street.

e. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-17 Amending Title 11 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Geneva City Code, Section 11-2-2 (Definitions of Words and Terms) and Chapter 12 (Signs).

f. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-18 Amending Title 11 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Geneva City Code, Section 11-11A-4 (Off-Street Parking: D-CM and D-RSCM District Special Provisions.

g. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-19 Amending Title 11 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Geneva City Code, Section 11-2-2 (Definitions of Words and Terms) to Modify the Definition of “Lot Coverage.”

h. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-20 Amending Title 11 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Geneva City Code, Chapter 4A (Downtown District) Correcting Errors Related to Setback and Lot Frontage Requirements.

i. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-21 Amending Title 11 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Geneva City Code, Section 11-4A-4 (Table of Permitted and Special Uses) to Expand the List of Special Uses in the D-CM Commercial Mixed-Use District to Include “Dwelling Units on the Ground Floor.”

j. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-22 Granting a Special Use Permit in the D-CM Commercial Mixed-Use District to Allow a Dwelling Unit on the Ground Floor at 828 W. State Street.

k. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-23 Granting a Special Use Permit in the D-CM Commercial Mixed-Use District to Allow a Dwelling Unit on the Ground Floor at 122 Hamilton Street.
