Central Community Unit School District 301 shared updates on athletic events and community engagement through a series of social media posts on September 9 and 10, 2025.

On September 9, the district posted about upcoming sports matches: "LUNCHTIME LINEUP: On today's menu, we have a boys soccer rivalry matchup with Kaneland. Don't forget that all home matches are held on the fields behind HBT on the Central Campus. Plus, we have 7th grade volleyball at PK!" The post highlighted both a boys soccer rivalry and a seventh-grade volleyball match.

On September 10, another sports update was shared: "LUNCHTIME LINEUP: On today's menu, we have a girls golf duel with the 'other' Central in our conference."

Central Community Unit School District 301 serves Kane and DeKalb counties and includes several schools such as Central High School and Prairie Knolls Middle School (source).
