a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Meade Inc. for the Southeast Development Distribution Construction and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed Ten Percent of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $3,874,955.10.
b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Gerardi Sewer & Water for Division Street Water Main Replacement Project and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed Ten Percent of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $1,050,105.65.
c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Dukes Root Control for Storm Sewer Cleaning & Televising and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not to Exceed Ten Percent of Bid Price for a Total Amount of $193,563.70.
d. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Samsara for Fleet Software Not to Exceed the Mayor’s Term, at a Cost Not to Exceed $64,127.26
e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Drainage and Utility Easement for Parcel 12-03-227-006 at 523 N. First Street.
