*a. Approve Resolution No. 2025-99 Waiving Competitive Bidding and Authorizing the Purchase and Installation of Air Compressors and Air Dryer from Atlas Copco in the Amount of $37,211.00 and Declaring Existing Equipment as Surplus Property.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2025-100 Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with FGM Architects Inc. in the Amount of $95,000.00 for Architectural and Engineering Services.
