Join the City of St. Charles and Rover Rescue of Illinois for a dog adoption event on Tuesday, July 15. The event will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. in the grassy area just north of City Hall, located at 2 E. Main Street.
Attendees can meet dogs and puppies available for adoption and are encouraged to bring pet-friendly donations such as treats, chew toys, towels, dog shampoo, and paper towels. A cool treat will be provided as a thank you.
For more information on the adoptable dogs attending the event, visit https://roverrescue.org/pets. Dogs expected to be present include Ash, Charlie, Dyan, Frankie, Ginger, Kodiak, Millie, the “P” puppies, Precious, Raisen, Rizzo, Sage, Salem, Scamp, Spud, and Tres.
If unable to attend the event but still interested in donating supplies for pets in need can do so at City Hall throughout July. Visit roverrescue.org for a comprehensive list of items needed.
