State Representative Dan Ugaste and State Senator Don DeWitte recently held a successful iCash event aimed at returning unclaimed money to its rightful owners. The event was made possible through the efforts of the iCash team from the Illinois State Treasurer's office.
"I am pleased to report that my office and State Senator Don DeWitte’s office hosted a very successful iCash event yesterday!" Ugaste announced. He expressed gratitude to those involved, stating, "Thank you to the iCash team at the Illinois State Treasurer’s office for helping us to return more money to the people it belongs to!"
The event directed attendees to visit the Illinois Unclaimed Property Official State Site to check for unclaimed property owed to them.
