b. Consider proposal from Kevin Swanson to purchase 1 EV fire blanket and 1 EV emergency plug, not to exceed $2,500.00.
c. Consider proposal from Andrew Shad to purchase materials to build a bailout training prop, not to exceed $600.00.
d. Consider proposal from John DePauw to purchase and donate to the Explorer Post used/demo MSA G1 air masks, not to exceed $750.00
e. Approve Foreign Fire Insurance Fund Bylaws and Rules.
