Central Community Unit School District 301 has recently shared updates and achievements through a series of tweets. The district highlighted the accomplishments of its students and upcoming events, providing insight into the vibrant community activities within the district.

On February 1, 2025, Central Community Unit School District 301 celebrated a historic achievement by their Central Rockets Dance Team. "HISTORY MADE! Our Central Rockets Dance Team just finished 3rd in the state at the IHSA Finals – the highest finish in program history! Hard work, dedication, and passion took them to the podium, and we couldn’t be prouder of this incredible team."

The following day, on February 2, 2025, an announcement was made regarding a community service initiative. "Give blood, give love! @301_chs Service Club will be hosting its third blood drive of the school year on Thursday, February 6th in the Main Gym." This event invites participation from community members who are encouraged to sign up or contact organizers for further details.

On February 3, 2025, excitement was expressed about another sports team reaching new heights. " THEY'RE BACK! One year after the highest finish in school history, the Central Rockets Cheer Team is heading back to the IHSA State Finals!" The team is scheduled to perform at an upcoming competition with hopes of advancing further.
