Here is the agenda provided by the council:

*a. Approve Resolution No. 2025-01 Executing Eighth Amendment to Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Electric Capacity and Energy between WM Illinois Renewable Energy, LLC and City of Geneva.

10. PRESENTATION OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a. Consider Ordinance No. 2025-01 Granting Variations to 1) Reduce the West Side Yard Setback to 1.86 ft. Instead of the Required 6 ft., and 2) to Increase the Allowable Lot Coverage from 45% to 50% for the Property Located at 611 Oakwood Drive, PIN 12-02-326-011 (Lot 142).

b. Consider Resolution No. 2025-02 Ratifying the Emergency Purchase of a Sewer Cleaning Truck Pump and a Sewer Cleaning Truck Rental in the Amount of $54,275.28.
