CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Saville called the meeting to order at 4:01p.m.

Present: 5 - Chairperson Mike Saville, Vice Chair Bill Donnell, Alderwoman Juany Garza, Alderman John Laesch and Alderman Ted Mesiacos
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
24-0822 Approval of the minutes from the Public Health, Safety, and Transportation Committee meeting held on October 22, 2024.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Donnell, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be accepted and filed. The motion carried.

24-0890 A Resolution to readopt the Illinois Emergency Management Mutual Aid System agreement.
Natalie Wiza, Coordinator of Emergency Management - City of Aurora presented and answered questions regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderman Laesch, seconded by Alderwoman Garza, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.

24-0901 A Resolution to Approve the Contract from Ray O’Herron Co. Inc. for the Purchase of Clothing and Uniforms for the Fire Department 2025.
Jason Demas, Fire Division Chief - City of Aurora presented and answered questions regarding this item.
A motion was made by Alderwoman Garza, seconded by Alderman Laesch, that this agenda item be recommended for approval. The motion carried.
