24-0762 Public Hearing on a proposed resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity's (DCEO) Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) Healthy Houses Program for an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 in funding for the installation and/or replacement of entire Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems in single and multi-family, low to moderate income rental housing units.
