A successful First Responder Roundtable event took place on Tuesday, hosted by the Center for Emergency Services at Elgin Community College. The discussion saw participation from over 60 local police and fire department leaders.
State Representative Ugaste expressed gratitude to Elgin Community College and colleagues State Senator Don DeWitte, State Representative Jeff Keicher, and State Senator Dave Syverson for their involvement. "We discussed important issues facing first responders and received helpful feedback," Ugaste noted. He also extended thanks to all first responders for their dedication.
