City of Geneva Committee of the Whole met August 19.

2. Approve Committee of the Whole Minutes from August 5, 2024, and Special Committee Meeting Minutes from July 29, 2024

3. Items of Business

a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of the City of Geneva 2024 Employee Benefit Program Plan Renewal Effective November 1, 2024

b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Fire Personal Protective Clothing from W.S. Darley & Company in the Amount of $27,820.00.

c. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Membrane Water Filters from Consolidated Water Solutions, Inc. in the Amount of $169,500.00.

d. Consider Draft Resolution Waiving Competitive Bidding and Authorize the Purchase and Installation of Kinetrol Valve Actuators from Dorner Company in the Amount of $34,832.00.

e. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Labor Contract with Utility Dynamics Corporation for the FY 2025 Underground Replacement Program in the Amount of $811,740.40 and Allow the City Administrator to Approve Change Orders Not-to-Exceed 10% of the Contract Amount, for a Not-to-Exceed Total of $892,914.44.
