City of Geneva City Council met July 8

Consider Ordinance No. 2024-25 Granting 1) a Variation from Section 11-4A-11 to allow a parking lot and entrance along State Street; 2) Relief from the Standards and Specifications for the City of Geneva East State Street Corridor Ornamental Lighting Area to allow for two cobra style light fixtures; and 3) Site Plan Approval for a proposed parking lot at 230 E State Street.

b. Consider Ordinance No. 2024-26 of the City of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois Approving a Tax Increment Redevelopment Plan and Redevelopment Project for the Southeast Master Plan Redevelopment Project Area.

c. Consider Ordinance No. 2024-27 of the City of Geneva, Kane County Illinois Designating the Southeast Master Plan Redevelopment Project Area Pursuant to the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act.

d. Consider Ordinance No. 2024-28 of the City of Geneva, Kane County, Illinois Adopting Tax Increment Allocation Financing for the Southeast Master Plan Redevelopment Project Area.
