City of Geneva Committee of the Whole met December 4.
Here is the agenda as provided by the committee:

2. Approve Regular Committee of the Whole Minutes from November 6, 2023 and Special Committee of the Whole Minutes from November 3, 2023.
3. Items of Business
a. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Utility Easement at 629 N. Lincoln.
b. Consider Draft Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Labor Contract with Meade Electric for FY2024 Underground Electric Replacement Program in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $542,016.59.
c. Consider Draft Ordinance Regarding the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.
