City of Geneva City Council met March 20.

*a. Approve Resolution No. 2023-25 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Fowler Enterprises LLC for the Demolition of a Farmhouse Structure Located at 64 N. Peck Road in an Amount Not to Exceed $20,800.00.

*b. Approve Resolution No. 2023-26 Declaring Certain Equipment as Surplus Property.

*c. Approve Resolution No. 2023-27 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Dahm Enterprises for Biosolids Disposal Services.

*d. Approve Resolution No. 2023-28 Authorizing the Execution of a Contract with Sewertech LLC for Storm Sewer and Large Diameter Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising in an Amount Not to Exceed $225,000.00.

*e. Approve Resolution No. 2023-29 Waiving Competitive Bidding and Authorizing the Purchase and Installation of Two Variable Frequency Drives at the Waste Water Treatment Plant from Tri-R Systems in an Amount Not to Exceed $24,250.00.
