Effective Strategies for Defending Against a Discrimination Claim

In today's environment, it is not uncommon for an employer to separate itself from a problematic employee only to find itself on the receiving end of an equivalent headache - a discrimination claim. Employers generally fear these claims and rightfully so. The ease at which employees are able to file discrimination claims and the cost of defending against them is understandably concerning. Nevertheless, strategies exist that can help an employer prevent or minimize the headache. This webinar will discuss these strategies -- specifically, the preemptive strategies all employers must use in an attempt to avoid discrimination claims and (for unavoidable claims) the defense strategies employers need to use at the administrative level and in court to effectively deal with discrimination claims.
