First half of 2022: Home prices in Almora Heights fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Almora Heights fell by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 5.1 percent decrease from the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Almora Heights in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Almora Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,049, approximately 2.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
