Marywood median home prices rose by 37.3% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Marywood rose by $80,100 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 37.3 percent increase over the $214,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Marywood in the first half of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Marywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,861, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
