How did home prices perform in Marywood during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Marywood rose by $41,050 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 20.6 percent increase over the $198,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Marywood in the second quarter of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Marywood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,861, approximately two percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
