The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 533 Western Drive, Tanner Woods was sold on March 29 by William A. and Christina M. Prather for $533,000. The buyer was Mahboob Alikhan.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,565.36, 1.61% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was July 30, 2008. It last sold for $340,000.

This property is the only sale in Tanner Woods so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Christina M. Prather has been registered to vote since 2013. William Prather has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
