The home at 1240 N. Lyle Ave., Elgin was sold on March 28 by Lewis C. and Cheryl A. West for $325,000. The buyers were Thomas Rypkema and Courtney Snyder.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,659.78, 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 139 properties sold in Elgin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Cheryl A. West has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Democratic Primaries. Lewis C. West has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
