On March 24, Meghna Surendranath and Jayakrishnan Karolil Krishnankutty purchased a home at 229 Springside Drive, Elgin from Sonu Khaira and Chaitalee Mehta for $471,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $11,659.66, 2.48% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was March 9, 2011. It last sold for $283,300.

So far in March 2022, 124 properties sold in Elgin.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 229 Springside Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Raul Albor, 54, Monica Albor, 30, Raul Albor, 25, Susana Albor, and Silveria Albor, 51.
