City of Aurora Planning and Zoning Commission met Dec. 15.

CALL TO ORDER
Mrs. Vacek opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
The following Commission members were present: Chairman Pilmer, Mrs. Anderson,
Mr. Gonzales and Mrs. Owusu-Safo. Mr. Chambers, Mr. Choudhury, Mr. Elsbree and
Mr. Khan called in and excused themselves from the meeting.
OTHERS PRESENT
The following staff members were present: Tracey Vacek, Jill Morgan, Jake Sodaro, Sue Jackson, Souts Thavong, Bob Greene and Cassie Armin.
Others Present:
Preservation Commission Members: Justyn Arnold, Matt Hanson, Seth Hoffman, Kristin Ludwig, Dan Miller, Simon Munoz, Al Signorelli and Mike Walker.
Design Review Committee Members: Brain Failing, Seth Hoffman and Charlie Zine.

Mrs. Vacek thanked the Commissions and Boards for all their hard work this past year and for being able to conduct meetings on Zoom until we could resume in-person meetings. All your hard work is greatly appreciated.
