Eagles Thrilling Comeback Versus RV Goshen Highlights Two-Win Day

The Judson University Men's Volleyball Team had an impressive performance over the weekend, extending its winning streak to 13 matches with an incredible five-set, come-from-behind win over (RV) Goshen and a three-set sweep over Maranatha Baptist. 

Judson won the five-set thriller vs Goshen 22-25, 20-25, 25-22, 25-23, 15-13. Elijah Wrobel had 50 assists for Judson in the contest and added nine digs, two block assists, and four kills. Jamison Blasing performed well with a 16-dig, 16-kill performance and added three assists, a service ace, and two blocks. Brendan Gibbons had 17 kills for Judson and added five block assists. Javier Arreguin had 13 digs, four kills, two assists, and three total blocks. Noah McConville had 23 digs in the win. 

Judson took care of the nightcap handily, defeating Maranatha Baptist 25-6, 25-10, 25-14. Elijah Gregg led Judson with seven kills and added two digs as well. Andrew Leon had 11 assists for Judson along with four digs. Greg Geake had 4 kills, three digs, and a block. Cameron Hacker also contributed with five assists. 

Judson (14-2) has won 13 straight contests and will resume play on Tuesday when they travel to Trinity Christian for a 7:00 p.m. start.
