On Jan. 27, Mayra Ponce Chavez purchased a five bedroom home at 523 E. Benton St., Aurora from Cathy Escarpita for $150,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $3,125.16, which is 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 8, 2009 for $90,000.

So far in January 2022, 167 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brian Cardenas, was the only registered voter residing at 523 E. Benton St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
