On Jan. 28, Michael Imgrund and Virginia Lee Sterling sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 623 Garfield Ave., Aurora to Javier Vidaca and Silvia Moyotl Cuautle for $262,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,650.92, 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 9, 2014 for $171,000.

So far in January 2022, 167 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, V. Lee Sterling has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries. Michael J. Imgrund has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
