On Jan. 25, Jesus F Salais-Hidalgo and Laura Velazquez purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1452 Foxcroft Drive, Aurora from Julie A. Deuchler, Harry L. and Lynne A. Childress (trust) for $229,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,319.30, 1.89% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 156 properties sold in Aurora.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Lynne A. Childress has been registered to vote since 1989 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries. Harry L. Childress has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
